All made by one of our expert baristas, using milk from Gilcombe Farm. We don’t charge extra for decaff or soya milk – we don’t really think that’s fair. We use Bonsoy soya milk as we think it’s the best out there.
We also have a variety of coffee beans that you can take home, which we can grind to order as well.
Flat White – 2oz double espresso, topped with 5oz steamed milk (if you come to the Stockroom, expect a proper one – an oz of espresso, with 4oz steamed milk. Take away cups seems to complicate matters sometimes)
Latte – 1oz espresso, topped with 6oz steamed milk
Cappuccino – 1oz espresso, topped with 6oz foamed milk
Espresso – 1oz espresso
Machiatto – 1oz espresso, topped with 1oz steamed milk
Americano / Long Black – 5oz hot water, topped with 2oz double espresso (and milk if you so choose)
Hot Chocolate – Creamy chocolate combined with 7oz foamed milk
Chilli Hot Chocolate – Like the regular hot chocolate, but with some bite. We’ve added chilli, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to make this distinctly more warming.

We’re also introducing pourovers, where we’ll serve some of the finest single origins we’ve found. We generally use 7g of coffee per 100ml water, but that will sometimes vary depending on the coffee and the roast.
Food
All are freshly baked by us, and use organic butter from Gilcombe Farm, and free range eggs.
We also have some mighty fine treats in the shape of chocolate covered coffee beans and chilli & milk chocolate covered almonds.
Anzac biscuits – Oats, Coconut and Golden syrup biscuits. No egg. It means they travel well in the post.
Weanie’s recipe ‘obnobs – We’re afraid McVities might sue us if we call these hobnobs. So we’re not. But they taste like Hobnobs. And look like Hobnobs. And probably have the same ingredients as Hobnobs. But it’s our recipe. Not theirs. And they’re not real Hobnobs. They’re our version of hobnobs. All clear? Good.
Triple Chocolate Brownies – Super tasty dark chocolate brownies with milk and white chocolate chips. What more do you need to know?
Dark Chocolate and Walnut Brownies – Seriously gooey dark chocolate brownies with chopped walnuts
Chocolate Chip Cookies – If we’re feeling a bit wild, we sometimes add some hazelnuts.
Oat & Raisin biscuits – we’re not sure if these are biscuits or cookies. (Who makes that decision?) But they’re real good.
Cakes – We make cakes, but it’s normally down to what we feel like making, so it could be anything.
Tea
We currently serve Twinings tea, and have a whole range of exquisite and unique loose leaf teas that we think are brilliant, but we haven’t quite worked out the best way to serve these at a market stall, so they are to take home only. Boo hiss! You can buy online though also.
