This Peruvian, like most others from this country is organic and fairtrade. (Though we're not certified as either, so we technically can't claim it to be. Frustrating.)
A shade grown, wet processed, coffee from the Quillabamba region, it's rich and dark, with strong almond notes.
It lends itself well to espresso and french press brewing in particular.
